Meditation is a wonderful way to feel well and live a more relaxed and peaceful life. It has been shown to help eliminate negative thoughts, worries, and anxieties – all factors that can prevent us from living Your Best Life. Each week we will focus on releasing stress and negativity, along with some time for your mind to wander to where it needs to go.
Bring a yoga mat if preferred (chairs will be provided).
