Restorative Yoga for Grieving -Muladhara

Are you Feeling:
loneliness, insecurities, feeling ungrounded, unconfident, abandoned, indecisive, depressed, anxious, addictions, phobias, obsessions.

Do you Suffer From:
lower-back pain, sciatica, varicose veins, stomach/digestion problems, water retention, and problems with groin, hips, legs, knees, calves, ankles, and feet.

These are all emotional and physical manifestations of grief in your body.

These ailments are connected superficially to your Root Chakra/Muladhara - located at the base of your spine that is associated with our connection to earth, survival, health, abundance, family, passion, and moving forward in life.

In this workshop, you will be introduced to the 7 major Chakras in your body specifically your Root Chakra or Mudalahara. You will learn what the emotional and physical signs are of an out of balance Chakra and some simple things you can to do bring balance in your own home. During this workshop you will release emotions holding you in place, clear space in your body, find mental calm through breath work and meditation. We will journey together to heal a specific moment in time that is waiting to be released.

NO YOGA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
